Walking
- take the first step
Walking
can provide a similar effect as massage or reflexology.
Walking and the manipulation of the sole (including
the toes) might become for the body what the soul might
do for the mind. With the one we have the physical person
and with the other we have the spiritual person. Two
homophonic words - sole and soul - representing the
best for the good of the whole person.
Walking provides an opportunity for the development
of both the body and the soul. Many great thinkers were
also walkers and it is often that we get our best thoughts
while walking in the surroundings of nature or in the
company of friends. We can also get the best exercise
for our bodies. Ask a friend to join you once a week.
There are many different tours you can take, but even
walking through a mall can be a good days exercise!
The key is to feel good about using your body and not
stressed because you do not get to that health club
every day.

Recipes
Here is an example of one of the exciting recipes we will

Gazpacho
salad
Ingredients
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
3.5 oz cherry tomato, yellow, halved
1 avocado
1 mango
2 celery, fresh, coarsely chopped
2 tbsp. parsley, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. tomato juice
0.5 tsp ginger Pepper, black, ground
1 lettuce leaf, mixed
Utensils
Required equipment: Large mixing bowl, serving plates.
Method
of preparation
Cube the tomatoes, peel, stone and cube avocado. Peel,
seed and cube mango. Halve cucumber lengthways, then
slice into rings. Place all ingredients except the lettuce
leaves in a large bowl. Toss well. Arrange leaves on
plates and pile salad on top. Serve with fresh bread.
