The
Calcontrol how to do recommendation:
1. When you take Calcontrol as a foodsupplement
it is important to take the product half an hour to one hour
prior to a larger meal. Allowing this time to elapse ensures
that the product will not combine with other foods that can
throw off the synergistic absorption of the product. It also
allows the ingredients to store in the place it will be needed
for, during the specific hours of appetite controlling. Please
welcome the healing power of the ingredients by drinking 1
glass of water with each diet pill.
2. Dr. Peter Johannson and Dr. Eva Johannson who invented
the diet product recommend that you try to get into the habit
of snacking on fresh fruit, fruit juice, or vegetables. You
can also snack on as many fresh nuts or seeds as you want.
The calories from those sources will not effect you when you
take Calcontrol as a food supplement.
3. Dr. Gerad Johannson and Dr. Eva Johannson also recommend
the following as your morning treat: If possible please start
the day with a bowl of brand flakes or another fiber rich
product with non fat or low fat milk. You may have coffee
and juice with the meal and some sweet crackers or biscuits
as well but it is important that this meal is one of the first
things you start out with in the morning. About half and hour
before enjoying your lunch take your first 3 Calcontrol tablets
for that day. Remember to drink a glass of water with each
diet pill.
4. It is important to get your own remarkable diet system
to get to the optimal stage with the help from Calcontrol.
Now you can eat a big lunch - preferably a lunch with lots
of pasta or whole wheat bread. Just stock up on carbohydrates
at this time of day. Your next 3 Calcontrol tablets should
then be taken in the late afternoon about half an hour or
one our before your dinner. For dinner you should eat a big
serving of fish, chicken/turkey or an egg dish with half the
egg yolks taken out - with lots of vegetables or green salad.
5. For the best result take 3 Calcontrol tablets 2 times a
day - 7 days a week.
6. Extended use: If you have a tendency to eat an evening
snack it is recommended that you take 3 tablets 2 times a
day before lunch and dinner and an extra 2 tablets 1-2 hours
after your dinner. This means that you will need to take 8
tablets each day and that you you will need to purchase 4
bottles in order to fill your needs for a three month supply
of Calcontrol.
